SHIPPING POLICY
COSTS
We operate a straightforward fixed price delivery model for all orders.
For all orders under £100, a delivery cost of £4.99 is applicable.
For all orders over £100, the delivery is free.
A free pickup service is also available for customers in and around Maidenhead area. Please use the code PU4FREE at the checkout.
MODE
All the goods will be dispatched either through Royal Mail Signed for service or Hermes Standard Signed for delivery.
Tracking identifiers will be provided once the goods are dispatched in order for you to track and manage your delivery.
RETURNS POLICY
We follow a straight forward no questions asked return policy. In case you have changed your mind about the purchase, or if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please do let us know within 7 days via an email. We will provide you with the return address where the goods need to be returned back. The return postage will have to be paid by you unless the item is faulty in which case the return postage cost will be paid by us. When returning an item, for additional peace of mind we recommend that you select a signed for service which will provide you with confirmation of delivery.
For refunds to be issued,

the goods needs to be returned back to us within 14 days of reciept and

the goods need to be in the original & saleable condition as delivered along with the original packaging.
Refunds will be processed once the goods have been recieved by us and could take upto 14 days.

Furthermore, in the event you have availed the free delivery by placing the order over the value of £100 and decide to return an item back which takes your order total below £100, we reserve the right to charge the standard delivery costs.
PRE-ORDER POLICY
Pre-ordered items are either upcoming or very recently released designer suit collection.
Pre-ordered items are only ordered by us upon the request of a customer order.
Slight variation of colour and/or design should be expected and is beyond us to address.
The delivery time for Pre-ordered items is atleast 3-4 weeks from the time the order is placed. The delivery times could vary depending upon the availability date.

However, please do note that cancellation of Pre-Order items will incur an administration charges of 10% of the value of the pre-order item.
